In recent years, the exchange rate between the Chinese Renminbi and the Mauritius Rupee has changed significantly. In response to it, the Chinese Embassy will adjust the following consular fees from 1 January 2019:

1. Notarization:

Civil (Personal) Documents: 780 rupees;

Business (Company) Documents: 1550 rupees.

2. Authentication fee for citizens and enterprises from the third country:

Civil (Personal) Documents: 780 rupees;

Business (Company) Documents: 1550 rupees.

Chinese and Mauritian citizens and enterprises are free charged.

3. Chinese visa application fee for Mauritian citizen, regardless of the type, entry, expiration date and duration of the visa, will be charged at a single price of Rs 230. The visa application fee for citizens from other countries remains unchanged.

4. Express Service fee: 880 rupees;

Same Day Service fee: 1300 rupees.
